Maxwell - 10/3/2005
Maxwell left us today. He told us it was time and we honored his last wish. We took him to see Dr. Spence this morning, and at 10:00AM, he died peacefully in our arms. He is being cremated and his ashes are being returned to us.
I know the tears will eventually stop, but I can't imagine the pain of losing this precious boy will ever lessen. He was my heart.

It's now 9/28/2009 - four years to the day that I took this picture. We lost him 5 days later.
Losing him is today, as painful as it was then. God, how I loved that boy.
